Version 1.5
- Improved depth of field calculations. Player now “sees” things he passes by in a move, filling in spaces that were missed in the previous version.
- Spells and Actions now check to make sure they are not casting through walls. This is still experimental, and some occassional glitches occur.
- Spells are now learned as you level. The bottom Action bar is now populated automatically as you level. Improved versions of spells (currently just the healing spells) will automatically improve when you reach target levels. For example, you won’t learn Fireball until level 2. At level 3, your healing spell will improve. This one is exciting, because the same system will allow me to scale the types of actions and spells enemies can do by level.
- Useable Items can now be set up on an action bar on the side.
- The “Camera Turn” arrows have been removed. You can change the camera angle by swiping or mouse dragging from one side of the screen to another.
- Highlighting and targetting improved. Holding the mouse over any enemy will engage this as a tooltip.
